Job OverviewWe are looking for experienced and reliable Utility Supervisor / Technicians to join our Utility Department. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and efficient operation of utility equipment to ensure smooth plant operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot screw air compressors.Oversee the performance and service of water chillers.Maintain and repair AHU (Air Handling Units) and FCU (Fan Coil Units).Service and troubleshoot split AC units in the facility.Monitor system performance, identify issues, and take corrective actions.Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.Maintain logs and service records for all equipment.Support energy efficiency initiatives and maintain safety standards.

1. To ensure the proper testing of Raw Material, online product of sheet line and thermoforming and on time dispatch of the finish product, as per standard operating procedure/work instruction and quality plans, also maintain strict discipline in the factory & coordinate with staff & workers regarding housekeeping to control cleanliness.2. Reporting any non-compliance to operator and HOD QA&QC.3. Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.4. Testing/Inspection of final product.5. Calibration of all the equipment used in QC and Lab as per plan.6. To control PET sheets, Thermoforming, Preform and Printing quality as per requirement of the customer.7. Carry out necessary test of products like Clarity, thickness variation, visual, weights etc, in production.8. Check samples of absence, if any abnormality observed in the product to put that lot in quarantine or reject.9. Control the quality of packing if abnormality observed liaison with supplier.10. Maintain all quality records11. To keep laboratory equipment in working order.12. All other jobs assigned by the management.
