Maintain accurate files of planning data both in hard copy and in software/programs including Primavera-P6, MS Project, Excel and Word.Prepare the pre/post bid clarifications and their responsesOperate and encourage a team working environment with colleagues and client personnel.Maintain proper security of data, software, program etc.Promote established policy and objectives throughout the department to increase awareness, motivation and involvement.Ensure focus on customer requirements throughout the department.Ensure that appropriate processes are implemented to enable requirements of customers and other interested parties to be fulfilled and objectives to be achieved.Ensure that an effective and efficient Quality / HSE management system is implemented and maintained in the department to achieve these objectives.Receive instructions from immediate superior or received client work packs and produce project plans in outline and in detail as required.Develop, maintain and manage Project plan and detailed schedules using Primavera-P6.Ensure all planning activities comply with industry standards and company procedures.Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.Coordinate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management.Report on the effect of changes, especially any negative changes to management.Attend all company planning meetings and client planning meetings as directed.B.E Degree in Mechanical/Civil/ Industrial15-18 years total experience with Proposal3–5 years offshore experience (MANDATORY)

The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the project, ensuring that all engineering functions are properly executed and aligned with project objectives. This role involves coordinating project tasks, managing technical teams, overseeing the quality and safety of work, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required technical standards.Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering tasks in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate the technical and engineering teams, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks.Ensure that all engineering activities comply with the relevant industry standards, company policies, and project requirements.Manage the preparation and review of engineering documents, reports, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project needs.Provide technical support to the project team, addressing engineering issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.Liaise with external contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure the smooth flow of information and the timely delivery of materials and services.Monitor and control project costs and schedules, identifying potential delays or cost overruns and implementing corrective actions.Perform technical evaluations and risk assessments to mitigate potential engineering issues or hazards during the project.Required Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Process Engineering) or a related discipline.Professional certifications or membership with recognized engineering bodies (e.g., APEGA, PE, etc.) are preferred.Skills And Competencies: Strong project management and leadership skills.In-depth technical knowledge in relevant engineering disciplines and project execution.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.Proficient in using MS Office Suite, project management software, and engineering tools.
