We are looking for a Senior Specialist / Lead – Learning & Growth (UAEN) to drive the execution of our learning, capability development, and performance management initiatives.This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to senior leadership, offering the opportunity to shape learning experiences, strengthen workforce capability, and contribute to organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities Learning & DevelopmentExecute and manage end-to-end learning and development programs across the organizationCoordinate training initiatives including leadership development, technical programs, and workshopsManage logistics such as scheduling, vendor coordination, communications, and materialsMonitor participation, completion rates, and program effectivenessMaintain and manage the annual learning calendarCapability DevelopmentSupport the development of capability frameworks and structured learning journeysIdentify capability gaps using performance data and stakeholder inputsPartner with HR and business leaders to design targeted development interventionsDigital Learning & ContentDevelop engaging learning materials, presentations, and toolkitsSupport digital learning initiatives including e-learning, microlearning, and blended programsLeverage AI tools and learning technologies to enhance delivery and learner experienceLearning Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze learning metrics such as participation, completion, and impactPrepare dashboards and reports for management insightsMaintain accurate records and documentation of learning activitiesPerformance ManagementSupport performance cycles including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviewsAnalyze performance data to identify development needsTrack and support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leadersSupport managers in implementing learning initiatives within their teamsEnsure effective communication of learning programs across the organization
