The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience in the UAE market, with an added advantage of having worked in the banking, finance, accounting, or auditing sector. This is a target-based, field-intensive role where you will be responsible for generating new business by visiting prospective clients, particularly in the retail and restaurant industries across Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities:Actively visit potential clients in the Abu Dhabi market, focusing on retail outlets, restaurants, and other businesses to introduce Elevate Global BPM and generating New Business.Develop and maintain a sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Generate revenue through cold-calling, field visits, and relationship building.Present and promote company services to prospective clients, identifying their needs and proposing suitable accounting and auditing solutions.Achieve sales targets set by the company within specified deadlines.Conduct follow-up meetings with potential clients to finalize service agreements and close deals.Keep track of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the region.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
