This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website).Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners. Maintain employee records and update HR databases (attendance, leaves, contracts, visas, etc.).Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation processes.Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.Draft and prepare official correspondences, letters, and reports.Manage document control and filing systems.

Perform various NDT inspections in addition to inspections like Ferrite, Hardness Testing, PMI testing etc. He shall be aware of these NDT methods, able to understand the principle and understand on job training by the technical department. Ensure that NCR, safety incident, near miss etc are immediately reported to line manager or HSEQ Manager effective implementation of company policy, HSE policy and quality systems. Ensuring timely work completion as per client requirements. Ensure effective implementation and follow of client and company HSE policies at work site.
