About the role:To lead the landside operations and ensure the smooth-running operations as well as providing business solutions for all public transport related aspects of the business included - but not limited to - all airport car parks -- long term, short term and staff, Taxi services, water taxi, public bus/metro transportation, car rental. As Safety Officer Investigation, you will help us achieve the following:Respond to reported airside incidents, accidents, near misses, and hazards at Hamad and Doha International Airports to ascertain that the airfield safety operations are appropriately carried out in conformance with MATAR SMS provisions and relevant standard procedures. In the interest of accident prevention, participate in the full investigation process and the preparation and release of final investigation reports as soon as possible and disseminate them to the concerned parties.Collate, review and safely keep daily activity reports, accident/incident/near-miss reports, and fault/deficiency reports. We are on keen on finding the right personnel who will be responsible for managing the Inhouse Motor Transport Maintenance teamJob Accountabilities :Coordinates and supervises the maintenance teams in performing maintenance, inspection, and repairs in compliance to Qatar Road Regulations, Airport Regulations and MOI requirements.Manage the successful completion of all in house delivered planned maintenance activities on all assets across the MT Department and under the scope of HIA FM, by regularly monitoring the maintenance delivery performance of the in house maintenance teams through effective data analysis from the Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM) Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Ensure all corrective maintenance activities are responded to and completed by the in house MT maintenance team, within established KPI’s and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as applicable and working for CI performance utilizing data from Oracle eAM in regular performance review meetings.Co-ordinate directly with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the maintenance strategy, which facilitates the MT maintenance team in performing preventive maintenance activities with minimal impact on operations of both HIA & DIA.Operate an effective and inclusive safety culture across all employees in the MT team, through regular safety briefings, toolbox talks, audits, monitoring safety performance KPIs and delivering improvement actions as required.Ensure compliance to the HIA Asset Management System by all direct employees, through regular communications and engagement, and by monitoring performance against KPIs defined in the HIA Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP).Contribute to the preparation of the annual maintenance budget for MT department and managing expenditure by regular budget reviews, identifying variance against forecast along with MT Manager.Support the development and implementation of the required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering the activities actioned by the MT maintenance team, by liaising with the appropriate departments and ensuring the required output is achieved, to standardise all business as usual, emergency and continuity processes.Facilitate investigations into the performance of people, plant and process, by conducting root cause analysis into failures and opportunities for improvement, to support the performance of the MT Department against the business objectives.Perform sample quality assurance audits of planned maintenance activities completed on all MT assets in HIA & DIA, in alignment with the quality assurance SOP, to verify the quality of the work completed.
