To define overall marketing strategy and plans of Al Tayer Motors (ATM) Electric Vehicle Brands, ensuring synergy, consistency and quality in marketing approach and fulfilment of company objectives.Roles & Responsibilities:· Prepare the annual marketing budget for ATM and ensure effective and efficient utilization of the marketing budget for the Division.· Define the macro level marketing strategy and facilitate the formulation of strategies for marketing and overall brand management activities for ATM, ensuring results are directly related to the overall business plan of ATM.· Monitor the implementation of approved marketing plans working with and through the appropriate units within the Customer Experience and Marketing department and in close collaboration with Brand GM.· Collaborate with Events Management team for planning and execution of events as necessary.· Review identified opportunities to enhance and build stronger brand equity for all brands represented.· Monitor overall brand performance within each business unit and work closely with brand/sales managers to ensure that the overall brand performance and image is consistent and in line with company and principle expectations.· Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to as required by the company and principles.· Review brand performance reports (Key Business Indicators) and prepare quality analyses to facilitate better sales and to aid decision-making by top management.· Obtain market information from mystery shopping and various research activities to keep abreast of competitors activities.· Maintain effective working relations and contacts with Principals, key external parties, local and overseas and remain abreast of new developments and approaches relevant to ATM.· Provide leadership and direction to subordinates within the Marketing towards the achievement of goals and objectives.· Guide, motivate, and evaluate subordinates on their performance, productivity and progress, while identifying training needs of team members to improve efficiency and ensure conformity with standard procedures and practices.· Ensure that team members acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate training programs.· Ensure potential successors are identified, developed, and trained for succession planning purposes.

Job PurposeTo ensure adherence to safety standards on all sites/ Factory as per government regulations, clients requirement and company safety policy to create a safe working environment.Functional Roles and Responsibilities • Inspect the factory/site during the establishment phase and indicate all the safety equipment that will be needed before commencement of works • Regularly inspect factory/site/ other contractors on company operations for adherence to safety standards as specified by the government authorities and specific project safety plan • Prepare safety equipment maintenance schedule and ensure its adherence • Ensure that fire regulations are adhered to and every possible precaution is taken to enable quick action when required • Inspect & ensure that all workmen are equipped with required task specific Protective Equipment to each type of work carried out on site and factory (e.g. goggles for welders, safety helmets, harness for scaffolding workers, etc.) • Conduct periodic safety audit on factory/site and send weekly report to Production/Project manager for action • Prepare accident report highlighting cause of accident; propose corrective action and implement, to prevent recurrence • Identify unsafe practices on site/factory, prepare necessary nonconformity reports, record the same and follow up for corrective action • Conduct required Safety Training including safety inductions and regular Tool Box Talk & maintain records• Prepare HSE documentation including Safety Plan, Risk Assessment reviewing Method Statement and reports as required for the Project • Impart training and awareness amongst all factory/site staff and subcontractors on safety and first aid guidelines • Participate in management / client safety walks and meetings when required

Prepare the work programs specifying time required to complete each process of construction such as material procurement mobilization, installation, manpower requirement etc.Prepare master project schedule and plans during tender and program to the Construction Manager / Project Execution team and clients (where required) for review and approval.Monitor closely each process of the project in co-ordination with the Construction Manager/ planning engineer to ensure that the plan is being followed properly and the work is proceeding as per the programmer.
