• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems (central, split, and window units).• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues related to HVAC and refrigeration systems.• Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and ensure optimal system performance.• Maintain and repair refrigerators, ice makers, air compressors, and diesel-powered equipment.• Diagnose faults, replace defective components, and ensure safety compliance during all tasks.• Maintain service records and report equipment status to supervisors.• Support operations across different sites as required.

Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules for mechanical and oil & gas projects.Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution.Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and forecasts.Identify risks and propose corrective actions.

Perform regular maintenance and servicing of quarry equipment such as stone cutting machines, forklifts, wheel loaders, and other machinery.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs.Conduct daily equipment inspections and keep detailed service records.Ensure equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.Maintain tools and work areas in clean and safe conditions.Respond promptly to emergency repair requests during quarry operations.

As a minimum 7 years’ experience above, Shall be directly related to supervision of construction activities in the contract scope of work. (Supervision & Inspections)

The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with robust project management skills and deep industry knowledge to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.Key Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of project execution methodologies and site operations.Software Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project scheduling software.Industry Experience: Extensive experience in site construction, particularly with the installation of steel storage tanks (in accordance with API 650 standards), silos, pressure vessels, and structural steel works.Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and standards, with a focus on ensuring compliance with ISO standards.Contractor Experience: Proven track record of working directly for main contractors and successfully delivering projects.
