Job Purpose :The position holder is responsible for execution of Ultra High Temperature treatment for dairy & juices in the processing section (Milk, Flavoured Milk, Juices & Nectars). The position holder should have knowledge of long shelf products treatment. Minimize the risk of product contamination in UHT.Roles and Responsibilities:· Operation of UHT Treatment & Al Safe Tank Operation.· Verify Pre-check list, Post Check list on daily basis.
