The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user journeys, customer onboarding, and transactional experiences within digital banking ecosystems. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, UX awareness, and fintech product knowledge to bridge business needs with technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Analysis & Digital Journey Optimization  •  Analyze, document, and refine end-to-end mobile banking user journeys to enhance customer experience and drive adoption.  •  Identify pain points and friction areas in mobile banking flows, including onboarding, payments, lending, and card management.  •  Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.  •  Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify best practices in mobile banking experiences.2. Mobile UX & Interface Expertise  •  Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless, intuitive, and user-centric mobile experiences.  •  Define requirements for mobile app interfaces, navigation flows, and micro-interactions that improve engagement and usability.  •  Conduct usability testing and analyze customer feedback to iterate on mobile journey improvements.3. FinTech & Regulatory Compliance Understanding  •  Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance (e.g., SAMA, DIFC, FCA), KYC, AML, and Open Banking.  •  Ensure that all digital journeys align with compliance, risk, and security frameworks for financial institutions.  •  Work with technical teams to integrate APIs, third-party fintech solutions, and payment gateways.4. Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Monitoring  •  Define key KPIs for digital journeys and track performance metrics such as conversion rates, drop-offs, and engagement.  •  Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppDynamics) to extract insights and recommend optimizations.  •  Work with data teams to enable personalized banking experiences through behavioral analytics and AI-driven insights.5.
