Job Description:- Experience in the precast/construction industry- Must able to work with given HSE tasks and report to the senior- Monitor, inspect and report the HSE aspects in the project- Must be a good communicator in English and Hindi- Shall report and investigate industrial incidentsQualification:- Graduate or Diploma in Engineering or ManagementNEBOSH IGC (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health - International General Certificate)OSHAD (Preferred)

Qualification : Certified in LEEA APLO & High Schooling or aboveLanguage : English5 Years in Construction Lifting OperationsPreparation of Lifting plan and follow up of Risk assessment, lifting method etc.Makes sure lifting activities are done as per the lifting plan and with the same lifting gears.Make sure lifting gears, cranes, riggers etc 3rd party certified and valid.Supervise lifting activities.Supervising offloading, loading & shifting activities.Make sure material loaded on trucks is secured and safe to travel.Make sure offloaded elements will be placed and secured.Maintain logistics procedure rules.Follow up on safe stocking procedure.Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.Coordinate with other departments whenever needed.Take reasonable care for the health and safety of himself/herself and others who may be affected by their acts or omissionsCooperate with anything the employer does to comply with OHS requirementsComply with HSE requirements communicated in HSE induction, Procedures, and policies.
