Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute the regional sales strategy for revenue growth in Saudi Arabia.Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across enterprise, public sector, and strategic accounts.Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned with the companies GTM strategy.Lead enterprise presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and solution positioning.Drive cross-sell and upsell strategies with existing clients in the region.Market Expansion & PartnershipsBuild strategic alliances with distributors, channel partners, system integrators, and government entities.Identify and onboard high-impact partners to accelerate market access.Represent the company at regional events, conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums.Conduct ongoing market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends.Regional Leadership & OperationsSet up and manage the local office operations in Riyadh.Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, Legal) to enable seamless local execution.Drive customer success initiatives to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.Oversee local hiring, workforce management, and performance culture.Regulatory, Legal & Compliance OversightEnsure adherence to Saudi regulatory requirements, including:o MISA (Ministry of Investment)o ZATCA (Tax & VAT compliance)o HR & Labor Law compliance (Saudization requirements)o Commercial licensing, documentation, and filingsLiaise with government bodies and external advisors to ensure full compliance.Oversee data protection, cybersecurity compliance, and regional product/governance requirements.Financial & Commercial OwnershipOwn revenue targets and P&L for the Saudi region.Develop regional budgets, forecasts, and business plans.Negotiate commercial deals, enterprise contracts, and partner agreements.Relationship Management & Brand BuildingBuild trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, regulators, and ecosystem partners.Strengthen our brand presence through thought leadership, industry participation, and regional PR.Serve as the senior-most representative of the company in the Kingdom.Cross-functional CollaborationProvide localized product insights to the Product & Engineering teams to enhance regional fit.Partner with Marketing to create region-specific campaigns and events.Align with CEO and global leadership on strategic priorities for the GCC region.
