Always consider the real cost of inaction from you and your colleagues in the company.We treat everyone equally, regardless of age, religion, orientation, nationality, or political views.What You’ll DoAs a SIRI Manager, you will work directly with real estate agents, helping them close high-value deals using Realiste’s platform.Key Responsibilities:Close 20+ deals per month in collaboration with real estate agents.Proactively distribute offers to the market and ensure widespread visibility.Retain and nurture client relationships with UAE-based agents.Support deal execution, ensuring smooth closing from start to finish.Maintain CRM hygiene—no unprocessed or forgotten leads.Expected Outcomes (in the first 3 months):Consistently close 20 deals/month.Reach out to 500 potential clients/month.Build a network of 150 active realtors.Keep rejection rate below 5% for contacted clients.Ensure zero backlog in CRM.
