The engineer works closely with DevOps, security, and application teams to support CI/CD pipelines, optimize costs, enforce governance, and improve system reliability.Infrastructure Automation:90% of cloud infrastructure provisioned via IaC (Terraform / CloudFormation), with zero manual production changes outside approved pipelines.Infrastructure deployment time reduced by at least 40% through automated CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes.Configuration drift incidents reduced to near zero, validated via automated compliance checks and version-controlled infrastructure repositories.Operational Resilience:Platform availability maintained at ≥ 99.9% uptime for production workloads, excluding approved maintenance windows.Successful execution of scheduled backup and disaster recovery tests with documented recovery objectives met (RTO/RPO within agreed thresholds).
