Service Activities (80%)
• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Robatech systems at customer sites.
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum system uptime.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective onsite solutions.
• Support customers with operational guidance and basic training.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company service procedures.
• Identify opportunities to generate spare parts and service revenue during service visits.
• Prepare service reports, visit documentation, and job closures.
Commercial & Administrative Activities (20%)
• Maintain accurate service records and customer history.
• Update Customer Assets Information
• Prepare quote and follow-up for order and payment.
• Inventory maintenance and packaging
• Import shipment handling and clearance procedure
