+ Lead and coordinate with the internal sustainability team to perform all necessary project tasks to achieve the project requirements and rating systems compliance.+ Attending coordination and progress meetings.+ Train, supervise and work alongside allocated colleagues and external teams to facilitate the production of the required documentation.+ Provide ongoing coordination, technical guidance, recommendations, and workshops to internal and external project teams on compliance throughout the project stages.+ Review modeling and simulation tasks (Energy, Shading, Daylighting, Outdoor Thermal Comfort, Renewables, etc.) as deemed required for assigned projects and provide technical guidance and feedback.+ Prepare the proposed sustainability certification implementation/action plans, score sheets, responsibility, checklists and documentation tracker matrices for each project and periodically updating them at every project stage and identifying any risks of non-compliance and highlighting it to the project team.+ Prepare and provide environmental management studies, analysis, workshops, technical guidelines, presentation and reports.+ Manage site works in line with targeted rating systems and conduct relevant site formal and informal audits to demonstrate compliance.+ Review material submittals, drawings and documents throughout the construction duration and issuance of sustainability compliance statement.+ Compile and submit site progress reports.+ Manage green building submission requirements, correspondences and communication with local authorities, USGBC, IWBI, International Living Future Institute, Mostadam, etc. as deemed required for each assigned project.+ Manage the collation of the sustainability certification compliance documentation from the project team throughout the project stages.+ Review deliverables provided by the entire internal/ external project team against the sustainability certification compliance and providing comments/recommended change where required to ensure that all activities and documentations are in line with the proposed sustainability elements and that all required design documentation are properly compiled and filed for the purpose of certification submission review and approval on a regular basis.+ Prepare/ assist in preparation of the project sustainability specifications in line with the intended certification scheme and targeted credits.+ Prepare all required certification documentations and credit submissions in line with the green building ratings’ requirements, in close coordination with the project teams. This includes the preparation of all registrations, narratives, templates, forms, letters, coordination, sustainability drawings (if not covered by the Design Consultant), calculations, etc. as deemed necessary to achieve the sustainability goals of the assigned project and with reference to the intended Green Building Rating Systems.+ Prepare/ assist in preparing sustainability project stage reports for each projects’ respective stage submissions.+ Submit and obtain sustainability certification approvals and awards.
