Design and Implement BMS: Design and implement complex Building Management Systems (BMS) and building controls. This includes dealing with, selecting, and integrating controllers, sensors, actuators, and other components to ensure optimal operation, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.Develop, Track & Program Control Systems: Develop, Track, and program control system software using logic and programming languages relevant to BMS platforms, especially Niagara Platform Tridium.Low-Current Systems Integration: Integrate BMS with low-current systems such as fire alarm systems to create a unified and efficient building operation system.Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve BMS issues, diagnosing problems with hardware, software, and network communications to minimize downtime. Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of building control systems.Commissioning & Testing: Conduct thorough system testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality, seamless integration, and adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
