Overall Purpose of Role :▪ To provide strategic leadership, planning and direction across Lamprell Group of companies related to health, safety, environmental, and security systemPrimary Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities :▪ Provide leadership and direction to ensure the thorough and consistent implementation of the HSE Management System ▪ Ensure that senior management is appropriately aware of operational HSES matters. ▪ Assist in the development of policies and procedures. ▪ To develop and implement appropriate systems, policies and procedures within the Lamprell Group Management System (LGMS) to ensure a healthy and safe working environment. ▪ Review significant HSES issues, approve recommended actions, and report outcomes to senior management. ▪ Identify training programmes and opportunities to ensure compliance with company HSES policies and procedures. ▪ Development of management reporting and communication systems. ▪ Advice to senior management on the development of HSES policies, objectives and KPIs. ▪ Development implementation and management of ISO 45001 and ISO14001 compliant systems. ▪ Maintain relationship with regulatory authorities and keep updates of Legal requirements. ▪ Management of compliance with local, federal and international regulations and standards with regard to safety and environmental protection. ▪ Management of risk; including the development of appropriate audit schedules and routines. ▪ Development implementation and monitoring of HSES performance measurement systems. ▪ Identification and development of systems to capture opportunities for HSES improvement. ▪ Ensure that all operations personnel (including Lamprell employees, subcontractors, and labour supply personnel) have the appropriate licences, certificates, and training. ▪ Manage the health, safety, security and environment budgets. ▪ Ensure HSES equipment is maintained to Company, regulatory and manufacturer standards. ▪ Communicate HSES performance expectations, requirements and results to stakeholders. ▪ Reinforce programme objectives, policies, and regulatory requirements by insisting on performance and behaviour that meet Company standards▪ Implement, establish, and maintain behaviour-based safety programmes. ▪ Maintain relationship with client personnel and ensure Client alliance meetings are planned and conducted on planned intervals. ▪ Ensure incidents are investigated and followed up with appropriate corrective actions. ▪ Ensure required pre-job meetings and regular HSES meetings are held and recorded. ▪ Review inspection and audit reports and respond to reported deficiencies. ▪ Manage & implement security & access control processes & measures. ▪ Ensure Compliance to HSES policies and procedures as applicable. ▪ Ensure Compliance with all applicable information security policies & procedures. ▪ Promotion of corporate sustainability initiatives to promote alignment with international best practices.Key Performance Indicator :▪ Compliance with Lamprell Group Management System (LGMS) all applicable national, international, and federal requirements and to all Lamprell Group Key Performance Indicators and set approved Objectives & Targets. ▪ KPIs completion in line with targets. ▪ Adherence to budget allocation for both HSES and other functional areas.

· Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings such as equipment lay out, Cable tray / ladder layout, Cable schedule, Cable routing, Block diagrams Single line drawing and termination etc.· Understand the principles of basic electricity and basic electrical code requirements.· Ability to identify, select, and safely operate all electrical tools such as screw drivers, pliers, crimping tool, knives, benders and electrical meters etc.· Install and repair wiring, fixtures, and equipment for all electrical services aboard ship, in marine facilities and offshore and onshore structures following blueprints and wiring diagrams.· Installs conduits, Multi cable transits, Electrical cable trays & ladders, Junction boxes, Circuit breakers and Switch Board Panels as per Electrical drawings.· Pull and Install power, control and instrument cables through Cable penetrations, conduits, cable tray / ladder and trenches. Dress & band, gland and terminate the cables with proper industry techniques.· Tests electrical characteristics, such as voltage, resistance, and phase angle, in circuits, using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and phase rotation indicators.· Knowledge on specifications and standards of Oil and Gas industry especially explosion proof equipment installation in Hazardous Area.· Ability to communicate with colleagues and supervisorsEnsure compliance to HSES policies and procedures as applicable.

· Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings such as equipment lay out, Cable tray / ladder layout, P & IDs, general arrangement drawings and instrument hook up drawings.· Understand the principles of basic instrumentation requirements.· Ability to identify, select, and safely operate all instrumentation tools such as hand benders, Hydraulic benders, bench benders etc· Ability to perform various bends, offsets and stack up to 5 tubing line consecutively to device or rack.· Ability to measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install primary piping and tubing including stainless steel tubes, Galvanized pipes, Cable trays / ladders in various sizes and lengths.· Competence to identify type and sizes of pipes, tubes, and related materials as per the drawings.· Assemble and install Instrument Stands, control panels, JB’s, instruments, trays / ladders.· Expertise to measure, cut, thread, and install small bore piping for pneumatic and hydraulic systems.· Able to perform / assist pressure testing of installed tubes and small-bore pipes.· Knowledge on specifications and standards about instrumentation activities in Oil and Gas industry.· Ability to communicate with colleagues and supervisors· Ensure compliance to HSES policies and procedures as applicable.· Ensure compliance with all applicable information security policies & procedures.

It is the financial reporting role and the candidate needs to have good accounting skills, including general ledger, consolidation, intercompany, and fixed assets accounting.• He should be able to finalise the trial balance, perform analyses and balance sheet reviews• A hands-on experience preparing financial statements for the group and its subsidiaries according to IFRS• An understanding of project accounting using the POC method

• Prior experience in FP&A and management reporting is key for this role.• He/she should be able to work on budgets, and forecasts, perform analyses and provide monthly reports to the departments.• He/she should be able to finalise monthly management accounts including PL, BS and related schedules• A hands-on experience working on standard costing rates• An understanding of project accounting using the POC method. Same industry experience would be preferred.
