Preparation, processing and presentation of reports related to raw plates o Follow up with service providers centers for daily transaction day to day for embossing and shredding plates. o Coordinate with service providers center for pending issues and work to solve under supervision of RTA Number plate Supervisor based on RTA procedures and policies. o Confirm the customer details and information. o Closure and end the transactions in the system for the collected documents. o Receive & investigate customer queries and complaints. o Reply to different department enquiries. o Prepare and audit the daily report of number plate issuance. o Collect all returned and disposed number plates. o Conduct daily inventory inspection for the manufactured and disposed number plates. o Perform other related duties and responsibilities associated with the position. o Data entry to computer, prepare necessary reports/correspondence as per the requirement and instruction of the manager of section. o Responsible of all data entry of all executed works assigned to him and report the daily progress with attached photos to the Supervisor o Old plates recovered o Follow up damaged plates submitted from service providers location o Check validity of the manufactured plates with official statements and record. JOB PURPOSE Carry out programmed field inspection on the works done and inspect utility works issued by No Objection Certificates through E-NOC system & to ensure defects free Right of Ways.KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES Inspect utility services projects upon notification of initiation and completion, prepare Snag list and related photos and submit to the superior. Re-inspect the same upon attendance of the same by contractor. Enter all the data related to the violations and the field site visits and the remarks concerned with the diversions, the granted permits, campaigns, temporary vehicle accesses, pedestrian accesses and illegal occupations in the allocated program in the system to use them in follow up and making reports & issuance of Warning/Fines. Prepare detailed daily, weekly and monthly reports about the works he visited that include a statement and determination of the size of completed work and the actions taken in this concern and submit them to direct supervisor without delay. Conduct field visits in relation with the applications and complaints received by the Authority from the public and to submit reports about them for necessary action. Make solution to minor problems on the spot by contacting concerned authorities, contractors and other parties involved. Inspect area of responsibility to locate, identify, measure and specify the defects such as asphalt, interlock footpaths, sign damages, signal damages, road markings and any other general defects and to report those in the defect report form and send it to direct supervisor. Inspect area of responsibility to locate, identify, measure and specify the defects related to utility providers, other Government or related agencies/ bodies, prepare and send reports to Direct Supervisor. Re-inspection until rectification of the same by the concerned. Perform daily inspections according to the inspection schedules to ensure the compliance with the recognized systems, regulations, standards and procedures of the work Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate. Inspect on illegally parked heavy vehicles on right of way and arrange for locking or towing as per systems and procedures set aside by the authority. Attend to emergencies informed by the Call Center or direct supervisors, and update the Call Center or senior supervisors upon the completion of the problem.
