Known for its commitment to quality products, services, and customer satisfaction, the organization achieves growth through market expertise and innovation.• As a Procurement Specialist, your role will be pivotal in managing technical procurement requirements and ensuring compliance with project specifications.• You will lead strategic procurement efforts, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the acquisition of construction materials, signage, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.• Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll forecast material needs, manage supplies, and maintain cost-effectiveness while upholding quality standards.• Vendor management will be key as you develop relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and enforce contractual terms.• Your expertise in contract negotiation will drive favorable terms, manage risks, and align procurement activities with project budgets.• Utilizing your technical knowledge and quantitative surveying skills, you'll assess product quality, conduct detailed cost analyses, and identify process improvements.• Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining meticulous procurement records will also be critical to your success.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous. • Experience: Extensive experience in procurement roles, with a focus on technical procurement within construction, engineering projects, or related industries. • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in contract management, supplier evaluation, and risk assessment. Experience with procurement software/tools and quantitative surveying expertise are highly desirable. • Regional Experience: Proven track record working with government agencies and major clients in the UAE.
