The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement activities for project execution, from vendor identification to contract finalization and material delivery. The role is critical to ensuring that project timelines are met, costs are controlled, and quality standards are upheld.Key Responsibilities:1. Procurement Planning & Execution:• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand material and service requirements.• Develop procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.• Float RFQs (Request for Quotations), analyze bids, and prepare technical-commercial bid evaluations.2. Vendor Management:• Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers/subcontractors for civil, electrical, and steel packages.• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure supply chain stability.• Ensure supplier compliance with TAC standards and regulatory norms.3. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per local regulations.This role requires expertise in structural works, MEP coordination (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and high-end interior fit-outs for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The candidate must have strong leadership skills to manage multiple teams and ensure smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.Oversee civil, MEP, and interior fit-out work, ensuring smooth coordination.Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions.Ensure project milestones are met, reporting progress to senior management.2.
