- Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support administrative requirements.
- Maintain and organize official records, files, and documentation in compliance with company and UAE regulations.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Monitor office supplies and assets, coordinating procurement and ensuring proper inventory control.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes for management and departmental meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Support HR and Finance departments with administrative tasks such as employee documentation and expense tracking.
- Assist management with reports, presentations, and special administrative projects as assigned.
