Liaise with authorities and obtain necessary approvals to enhance safety.

Conduct quarterly Safety Committee meetings, daily toolbox talks, and safety trainings.

Organize mock drills and emergency exercises, defining staff roles and responsibilities.

Implement and promote 5S practices and maintain firefighting systems.

Lead 24×7 terminal operations, guiding Shift In-Charges and ensuring operational readiness.

Review operational plans for pipelines, tank farms, and truck/rail loading/unloading.

Coach and evaluate operations and maintenance teams, ensuring competency and statutory compliance.

Manage contractor performance and enforce QHSE policies and PTW systems.

Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, recommending corrective actions.

Ensure proper use of PPE, safety equipment, and environmental compliance.

Maintain QHSE documentation, reports, and performance records.
