Prepare mechanical design calculations for static equipment such as pressure vessels, storage tanks, columns, reactors, pig launchers/receivers, and heat exchangers

Develop and review Mechanical Datasheets (MDS), Material Requisitions (MR), and Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE)

Perform equipment sizing and thickness calculations as per ASME Sec VIII Div. 1 & 2, API 650, TEMA, API 660, API 661 standards

Review vendor drawings, fabrication drawings, and design calculations for compliance with project specifications

Support FEED and Detailed Engineering activities for refinery and petrochemical projects

Coordinate with procurement, inspection, and construction teams for equipment delivery and installation

Participate in technical discussions with vendors and clients for equipment approvals

Perform nozzle load evaluation, MDMT selection, lifting lug calculations, and stress checks

Ensure compliance with international codes and client specifications (ADNOC / Aramco / KNPC / Shell DEP where applicable)
