We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Managerto lead the growth of our Solar ESCO (Energy Services Company)offerings. The ideal candidate will identify, pursue, and manage strategic opportunities in the commercial, industrial, and public sectors for solar energy projects under the ESCO financing model.


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    Identify and develop a robust pipeline of solar ESCO projects in the commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target organizations.
  • Technical & Financial Proposal Development:
    Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to prepare compelling proposals, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses for clients.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    Lead negotiations of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs), and other ESCO-related agreements.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments that may impact the solar ESCO market.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance, operations) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor sales KPIs, project pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools and regular reporting.
