  • To Review the contract at the tender and the pre-award stages and report the comments to the Commercial and Risk Director.
  • To Assess commercial obligations and liabilities, including insurance requirements, bank guarantee wording, payment terms, etc
  • To Manage contractual and commercial issues related to contracts and subcontracts.
  • To Summaries the contracts, including time limitations risks under the relevant contracts’ provisions, and ensure that the project team interpret and comply with the terms and conditions of the contract.
  • To Generate / manage the monthly reports on the status of the contracts, collections, claims and variations.
  • To assist and support the management when a dispute arises and is referred to arbitration or other litigation
  • To analyse and understand primavera project programs.
