Supervise installation of electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, cable trays, conduits, and ELV systems

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule

Monitor daily site activities and resolve technical issues

Lead and manage electricians, technicians, and helpers

Assign tasks and ensure productivity targets are met

Coordinate with mechanical and plumbing teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow

Attend site coordination meetings with engineers and project managers

Work closely with QA/QC and planning teams

Enforce HSE policies and ensure safe working conditions

Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments

Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations

Plan daily and weekly work schedules

Coordinate material delivery, storage, and usage

Maintain daily progress reports

Report progress, delays, and issues to project management
