Supervise daily HVAC work activities at job sites

Lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians and helpers

Plan and assign tasks based on project requirements and timelines

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Ensure proper installation of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, equipment, controls)

Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with standards and codes

Inspect completed work and troubleshoot system issues

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers

Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory on site

Enforce safety procedures and ensure use of PPE

Prepare daily progress reports and documentation
