Supervise installation of plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, stormwater, and sanitary systems

Ensure work is performed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule

Monitor daily activities and resolve technical issues on site

Lead plumbers, pipefitters, and helpers

Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity

Coordinate with electrical, mechanical (HVAC), and civil teams to avoid clashes

Attend coordination and progress meetings with engineers and project managers

Ensure smooth integration of plumbing systems with overall MEP works

Enforce HSE policies and safe working practices

Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments

Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and local regulations

Plan daily and weekly work activities

Coordinate material requests, delivery, and storage

Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and manpower

Inspect installation work to ensure quality standards

Maintain daily progress reports and manpower records
