About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will drive financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, drivers, and recommendations for corrective actions Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights for management Create and distribute periodic MIS reports to stakeholders Design, build, and automate dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Excel Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing activities Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and best practices Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and VBA Experience in MIS reporting and data management Solid understanding of data analysis and visualization tools, including Power BI Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: MBA or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Professional certification such as CFA, CMA, or FRM Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working in a multinational or cross-functional environment
