Purpose of the Job
To analyze the performance of financial KPIs such as revenue, cost of sales, expense and capital expenditure. Prepare variance analysis and business reports which includes predictive / future performance on various KPIs by department, BU and organization with recommendation as improvement factors. Forecast & budget future revenues and expenditures in coordination with internal stakeholders. Feasibility study on business case proposals using current and predictive trend & analysis.
Key Accountabilities in detail with sub tasks
Financial Planning
- · Contribute to Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting activities within the scope in line with company’s requirements.
- · Maintain revenue templates and models that facilitate planning and forecasting.
- · Support the team in analyzing business trends and assessing macroeconomic metrics and contribute to the development of models.
- · Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
- · Work closely with other departments to assess new opportunities, calculate ROI of suggested projects and evaluate profitability of new deals and price changes.
- · Highlight risks and opportunities in business proposals to assist management in evaluating impact on business; challenge assumptions, propose revisions and suggest alternative options.
- · Assist the team with working with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts.
- · Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations.
- · Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

- · Prepare business reports and financial presentations for executive leadership to support their decision making with data-driven analysis.
- · Perform monthly / periodical variance analysis to explain differences in performance and suggested solutions for improvement.
- Build competitor analysis reports, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team.
