Welder

• Strong commitment to safety, working as a team, and operational excellence. Follow all safety rules and work procedures. Wear the required personal protective equipment as prescribed
• Safe use of power tools, including but not limited to band saw, bench grinder, angle grinders, end grinders, beveling tools, drill press, etc.
• Read and interpret pipe design isometric, technical, and blueprint drawings. Fabricate, install, or repair as prescribed.
• Work within a shop setting, both independently as well as with other welders and pipe fitters
• Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove, repair, replace defective parts
• Use mechanical tools or fuel gas outfits to cut pipe and remove
• Perform general building maintenance
• Measure, cut, bend, and install up to all ranges of dairy & nondairy pipelines.
• Known to operate, all the forklift equipment’s, man lift, Boom Lift – safely.
• Oversee the set-up of TIG welding equipment
