The Head of Digital Solutions will spearhead Shurooq's digital transformation initiatives, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex digital projects across Shurooq’s destinations and departments. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to deliver innovative solutions that support Shurooq’s growth, enhance operational efficiencies, and align with the organization’s long-term technological roadmap.
1. Strategic Digital Leadership
Lead and manage a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver innovative and scalable digital solutions that support Shurooq’s strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiencies.
2. Business Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective digital solutions, ensuring alignment with Shurooq’s overall goals.
3. Vendor Management & Negotiations
Oversee the vendor management process, including RFP preparation, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations, ensuring that selected solutions meet Shurooq’s technical, business, and compliance requirements.
4. Digital Project Lifecycle Management
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects—from ideation, design, and implementation to post-launch support—ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.
5. Continuous Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to optimize existing digital tools, platforms, and processes, ensuring efficiency gains and the adoption of best practices across the organization.
6. UX/UI & Accessibility Leadership
Direct the design and optimization of user experiences, ensuring that digital solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible across all devices and platforms.
7. API & Systems Integration
Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs to extend platform capabilities, ensuring seamless functionality and enhancing the interoperability of Shurooq’s digital solutions.
8. Team Development & Talent Management
Foster a high-performing team through mentorship, performance evaluations, and continuous skill development, ensuring the team is aligned with both business and technological needs.
