To ensure accurate and efficient control of all inventory across the organization, including business assets, assorted materials for Facility Management, Retail Items, OS&E + FF&E, etc. The role is responsible for maintaining stock integrity, preventing duplication, and supporting Material Master governance in Oracle to ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

  1. Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Monitor and reconcile stock levels across all storage locations, ensuring records match physical counts.

  2. Material Master Governance: Create, validate, and maintain item codes in ERP, prevent duplication and ensure proper classification in coordination with Procurement and Warehouse teams.

  3. Cycle Counting & Variance Analysis: Plan and execute regular cycle counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.

  4. Asset & Material Tracking: Ensure accurate tracking of business assets, FM materials, retail stock, OS&E + FF&E items, etc. throughout their lifecycle.

  5. Inventory Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and analyze inventory reports, including aging, slow-moving stock, and stock valuation for management review. And, initiate scrape process accordingly

  6. Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure adherence to inventory control policies; support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.

  7. Process Improvement: Identify gaps in inventory processes and implement best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

  8. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams to align inventory data with operational and financial requirements.
