Key Responsibilities: · Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the IT industry. · Develop and implement growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consultative selling. · Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, IT Solutions, etc.) to tailor proposals that address client needs. · Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. · Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and RFP responses. · Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. · Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads. · Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior leadership Required Skills: · Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients. · Familiarity with solution-based or consultative sales methodologies. · Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain. Multilingual skills are a plus, depending on region.
