Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Manage and maintain network systems (LAN/Wi-Fi, connectivity, devices)
Deliver high-quality, discreet VIP / white-glove support
Support basic setup and maintenance of drones/UAV equipment
Track and manage IT assets, inventory, and equipment
Ensure systems are secure, updated, and running efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Technician / IT Support
Strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
Basic understanding of drones/UAV technology (preferred)
Experience managing IT inventory / asset tracking
Experience supporting VIP, executive, or UHNW clients (preferred)
Professional, discreet, and service-oriented approach
