Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and ADNOC-approved Lead QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality control and assurance activities for major Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate should be a European national with over 15 years of proven expertise in QA/QC within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA/QC operations across project phases ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards.
• Prepare and implement QA/QC plans, ITPs, procedures, and documentation.
• Supervise inspection activities including welding, NDT, materials, and construction quality.
• Coordinate with ADNOC, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
• Manage QA/QC teams and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct audits, raise NCRs, and follow through with corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure timely submission of quality reports and final documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
