Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in managing complex Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading EPC projects from inception to completion, with a deep understanding of ADNOC standards. ADNOC approval will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall execution of Oil & Gas EPC projects (onshore/offshore) ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
• Develop project execution plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Interface with ADNOC and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet client and regulatory expectations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, KPIs, and manpower planning.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and ADNOC standards.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and attend management/client meetings.
