Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, spare parts, and finished plastic products. The role supports smooth manufacturing operations by managing transportation, warehousing coordination, customs documentation, and logistics service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound shipments of raw materials, molds, spare parts, and packaging materials.
• Manage outbound logistics for finished goods to customers and distribution centers.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers.
• Prepare and verify shipping, customs, and delivery documentation.
• Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain logistics records, reports, and KPIs related to cost, delivery, and lead time.
