Job Summary:

The Molds & Tool Room Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preparation of injection molds and tooling to ensure smooth production, high product quality, and minimal downtime in a plastic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molds.
• Repair, polish, assemble, and disassemble molds as per production requirements.
• Support mold installation, removal, and trials on injection molding machines.
• Diagnose mold-related defects and support corrective actions.
• Maintain tool room equipment, tools, and spare parts inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and good housekeeping practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain mold maintenance records and documentation.
