Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote Company products, working with the Regional Marketing Manager.
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on market characteristics, cost, and markup factors.
Direct the training, performance evaluation, and daily activities of marketing staff.
Consult with the Sales Manager on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.
Compile and maintain lists describing products offered by the Company.
Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade shows or special events.
Coordinate with legal staff to resolve issues such as copyright infringement, and ensure products are covered under appropriate certifications or registered patents.
Manage and participate in the preparation of budgets for the marketing department.
Conduct market research, analyze findings, and provide recommendations to management on local, national, and international factors affecting product buying and selling.
Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Identify target markets, customer segments, and positioning strategies for different product categories.
Support product portfolio management, including new product launches and line extensions.
Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, website management, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Coordinate with e-commerce teams or online partners to enhance product visibility and sales.
