Develop, supervise, and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems (HVAC, firefighting, BMS, generator etc.) done by maintenance service provider.
Supervise corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution of breakdowns.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
Technical Oversight & Leadership
Lead and mentor maintenance engineers and technicians across all plasma donation centers including the staff of maintenance service providers.
Provide hands-on technical expertise in diagnosing complex equipment/system failures.
Ensure adherence to maintenance best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
Facility & Equipment Management
Monitor the performance of BMS, HVAC system, firefighting, pumps and generators.
Ensure continuous temperature monitoring of critical storage areas for plasma and other sensitive materials.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance teams during audits and inspections.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors for specialized maintenance.
Review and supervise the service agreements, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality delivery.
Supervise contractors during major repairs, installations, or upgrades.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Recommend system upgrades, energy-saving solutions, and technology improvements.
Generate regular reports on maintenance KPIs, downtime analysis, and compliance metrics.
