The role focuses on producing high-quality video edits, animations, and visual effects that enhance storytelling, engagement, and brand identity across YouTube, social media, ads, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have strong motion graphics and animation skills, with the ability to create engaging visual content supported by solid editing, pacing, and visual communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Edit YouTube long-form and short-form content with motion graphics, animations, and SEO optimization, including thumbnail collaboration.
Produce engaging educational and training videos for the Freelancer Training Program, enhancing learning through captions, motion design, and structured visual flow.
Create and edit high-performing social media content including Reels, TikTok, ads, testimonials, and promotional videos using fast-paced, trend-driven editing styles.
Develop high-converting ad creatives and promotional assets, continuously testing and iterating based on performance insights and analytics.
Stay updated with industry trends and collaborate with the marketing team to align video strategy with business goals.
Contribute to pre-production by participating in brainstorming, advising on creative direction
