We are hiring an experienced Electromechanical Engineer, certified by Dubai Municipality and DEWA, with strong command of MEP and HVAC design and supervision. The role combines technical office engineering with fieldwork, including site visits, inspections, and coordination with statutory authorities

● Design HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and perform load calculations

● Prepare and review MEP and HVAC layouts, load schedules, SLDs, and schematics

● Conduct regular construction site visits to monitor MEP installations and troubleshoot issues

● Attend DEWA, DM, DCD, and other authority inspections, ensuring compliance and facilitating approvals

● Verify materials and systems against UL-listed components and life safety requirements

● Coordinate with authorities, contractors, architects, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
