Plan and confirm all project resources - equipment, operators, riggers, and technicians

Oversee equipment mobilization/demobilization to meet ADNOC specs and TPI certifications

Provide operational inputs for bids, costing, and technical submissions

Coordinate manpower with HR; approve OT and rotations per MOHRE regulations

Ensure full compliance with ADNOC HSE, PTW, and Dolphin safety standards

Promote a zero LTI and zero NPT culture across all projects

Monitor budgets: equipment utilization, diesel, manpower, and mobilization costs

Prepare monthly performance reports and support finance with billing documentation

Provide 24/7 operational support for urgent mobilizations and emergency callouts
