About the Role:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist based in France or Germany to drive and optimize our paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other channels. You will manage end-to-end performance marketing activities, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with our broader marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4 to inform strategic decisions
Conduct ROI tracking and reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Perform A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, targeting and bidding strategies
Collaborate with content marketing and design teams to align campaigns with brand messaging
Manage budgets and forecast spend to maximize ROI
Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing technical settings
Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for performance tracking
Demonstrable skills in ROI tracking and reporting methodologies
Minimum 2 years of paid media experience with measurable campaign successes
Understanding of content marketing principles to support campaign narratives
Excellent analytical skills and a data‐driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
Experience with programmatic advertising platforms such as DV360
Familiarity with SEO and organic search strategies
Advanced skills in Excel or business intelligence tools (Data Studio, Power BI)
Fluency in French or German in addition to English
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
