About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI for our e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels to meet business objectives
Manage end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization to achieve KPIs including CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Implement and maintain tracking solutions using GA4 and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Collaborate with e-commerce and marketplace platform teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions
Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments to refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
Prepare regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in performance marketing
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media
Minimum 2 years of technical experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Minimum 2 years of technical experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
Proficiency with GA4 implementation, reporting, and analysis
Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
Experience managing campaigns on major marketplace platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.)
Demonstrated expertise in campaign optimization, bid management, and ROI tracking
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
Experience with programmatic advertising and DSP platforms
Familiarity with additional paid media channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Knowledge of the UAE digital marketing landscape and consumer behavior
Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Previous agency experience supporting e-commerce or retail clients
