Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Platform Manager / Full Stack Developer to oversee, develop, and maintain our subscription ecosystem, including our website, mobile applications, backend systems, and partner integrations.
The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of our digital platform, ensuring it is robust, scalable, secure, and user-friendly, while continuously improving features for customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management & Development
Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of our smart lock subscription platform.
Design and implement new features across web and mobile applications.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.
Identify and resolve technical issues proactively.
Full Stack Development
Work on frontend and backend development, ensuring smooth integration between systems.
Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and database structures.
Manage mobile applications (iOS and Android) including updates and feature enhancements.
System Integration & Partner Management
Integrate with payment gateways, ERP, CRM systems, and partner platforms.
Support third-party partner integrations without compromising security or performance.
Coordinate technical requirements with internal teams and external vendors.
Security & Compliance
Implement and maintain security best practices across the platform.
Ensure data privacy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and performance issues.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Track platform performance, uptime, and usage analytics.
Implement monitoring tools and dashboards for system health.
Suggest and implement improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to align platform development with business goals.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal and partner teams.
Report progress, issues, and updates to the Head of Technology or Operations Director.
