Product Manager

Drive innovation within by identifying new business ideas, developing business cases and financial models, and leading end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to launch and iteration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and evaluate product opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, or customer experience.

• Develop business cases including market analysis, financial projections (Capex/Opex, ROI), and risk assessment.

• Lead product lifecycle: planning, execution, launch, adoption, and post-launch reviews.

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and external partners (government, logistics, vendors).

• Monitor product performance and implement improvements or corrective actions.

• Present roadmaps and insights to leadership.

• Stay current on global postal/e-commerce logistics trends.
