Implementation & Configuration:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, focusing on Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, OTL, Performance and Goal, Workforce compensation, ORC, Learning and Analytics.

• Customize Oracle Fusion HCM applications to meet the organization’s HR, payroll, and labor tracking needs, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

• Develop functional specifications for custom reports, integrations, and data conversions within the HCM modules.
